The multi-layered bread production line consists of a dough sheeter, lamination conveyor, lane diverting conveyor, high-speed cutter, automatic panning machine, and automatic pan feeder. The bread line achieves a production capacity of approximately 3,000-6,000 pieces per hour for laminated bread products weighing 50-60g each. The entire bread line features a compact design (dimensions: 10,000 × 2,800 × 1,400 mm) and a small footprint (about 28 m²), making it ideal for small and medium-sized food factories with limited production space.
With a non-powered folding unit, the dough sheet must reach certain level of firmness and should not be too soft or sticky during forming. Recommended dough sheet thickness is 4-8mm, and recommended lamination width is 20-60mm. If the dough sheet is too soft or sticky and causes jamming, it may require chilling before the forming process.
